RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased and want to return/replace it or request a refund, you have 14 days to proceed from receipt of your order.
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE RETURN:
• all items with electrical operation, including accessories
• all personalized items
• all items shipped outside Italian territory
If you receive a visibly damaged box (a tear, an obvious crush), reject it.
In this way the courier will write the reason for the refusal on the delivery note or on the electronic PAD. The ordered goods return to the store and you can decide either to receive the chosen product again or to be refunded.
If, however, you accept the damaged package from the courier, Ceramiche Artistiche Le Ninfee di Casillo Vincenza relieves itself of all responsibility and cannot help you.
To return a product purchased through the online shop, simply send an email to ceramicheleninfee@libero.it indicating the order number and the reason for the return or contact the number +39 08118827002.
Once confirmation of acceptance of the return has been received, the product must be sent complete with packaging and all parts, via insured courier paid for by the customer, to the address:

Once the product has been received, the company will evaluate the real defective nature of the product. The replacement of defective products is always guaranteed except in cases where it is not provided for by the manufacturer's warranty.
The replacement or refund will take place within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product.
