Shipping Regulations

Delivery methods
The delivery service of goods is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
For transport, Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza uses leading companies in the sector, which are directly responsible for everything connected to the activity for which they are appointed, both in terms of transport safety and any damage. The cost of transport can be identified with a specific description present both in the purchase proposal phase and in the payment phase, within the Invoice.
Shipments are made throughout Europe.

Place of delivery
Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza will deliver the goods purchased by customers to the address indicated in the purchase proposal. Any subsequent changes to the place of delivery compared to the one originally indicated requested by the customer may produce additional costs compared to the sales price which will be borne by the customer. Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza will promptly notify the customer. Changes in the delivery address must be communicated by the Customer to Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza by sending an e-mail to ceramicheleninfee@libero.it and will only be accepted if the shipment has not already been made.

Standard delivery

It is intended at street level without telephone notice and will be carried out from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
Standard delivery times in Italy: 48/72 working hours from delivery of the goods; Standard delivery times Europe: 4/7 working days from delivery of the goods.
NB: The above mentioned times are in addition to the product supply times indicated on each product

Delivery time
The Società Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza provides delivery times for the products purchased which vary based on the availability of the goods and the related procurement times, which depend on production and commercial logic. Shipping times are intended starting from receipt of payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer, the counting of days starts from the actual credit date). In the case of multiple products in the same order, a single shipment is made and the item with the longest shipping time is valid (the days indicated are working days and not calendar days). The days necessary for delivery to the destination must be added to the days indicated. The timing varies depending on the type of product and the courier used.
Therefore, in no case are there any withdrawal methods provided if the purchase proposal has been promptly received by the manufacturing company and the latter has immediately proceeded with the creation of the product, its assembly and/or the related customization requested.

The terms of quantitative availability and delivery of the goods communicated by Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza must be considered indicative and not essential.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice/DDT
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered
- That no closing materials other than metal staples have been used.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery (accepting the goods with a careful reservation to be written in the courier's DDT: E.g.: "damaged package, broken packages, open packages , ..)
Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
In the absence of any reservation we cannot proceed with opening claims for damages.

Transport damage and insurance


Pursuant to art.1693, the carrier is responsible for the loss or damage of the products delivered for transport, from the moment he receives them to the moment he delivers them to the purchasing recipient. It is exempt from liability if it proves that the damage or loss resulted from fortuitous circumstances, from the nature or defects of the item or its packaging, or from the actions of the sender or that of the recipient.

The buyer must always check the quality of the products and the integrity and completeness of the packaging. Any acceptance of the goods received without the affixing of the wording of "specific reserve" and the indication of the reason (damaged package, open, torn package, wet, absence of pallet, etc.) extinguishes the actions deriving from the contract and attributable to the transporter as well as obviously excluding any attribution of liability to the selling company. Any other wording that differs from "specific reserve" plus an indication of the reason why it is affixed (damaged, open, wet package, absence of pallet, etc.) will not give the right to any compensation (e.g. control reserve, etc.)

ATTENTION: if you accept without reservation, you will sign a document that says that the package has arrived in perfect condition, and at that point it will be very difficult to ask for a refund. Therefore accepting the goods "with reserve" places the recipient in a greater state of security. However, in any case, the recipient's right to subsequently report "non-recognizable" damage at the time of delivery is reserved, when, for example, the package containing the object appears externally intact.

If the courier refuses to make a reservation, the customer has the right to refuse the goods or request the courier to verify the goods in a completely exceptional manner. In case of difficulties during delivery, you can immediately contact our Customer Service number on 08118827002.

Any disputes reported in this way must be confirmed to Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza by sending an e-mail to ceramicheleninfee@libero.it, with e-mail within seven calendar days of receiving the goods. Having received the customer's communication with attached photo of the packaging upon arrival and of the damage, Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza will ask the courier to open an insurance claim for transport damage. Once the presence of transport damage has been determined and received, Ceramiche Artistiche di Casillo Vincenza will, at the customer's choice, organize the repair of the product, order a replacement product or refund the value of the product.


Any report received after the deadlines will not be taken into consideration. The customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared at the time of delivery on a paper slip or electronic palmtop and which he confirms with his signature.

The packages sent are all insured via private insurance policy.
